We caught up with the Hills: New Beginnings star to find out how she gets it all done and still finds time to practice yoga.

Whitney Port has been busy recording her health and wellness podcast, With Whit, while dreaming up nutritional maternity snacks as the chief brand director of Bundle Organics. We chatted with her about hot yoga, motherhood, and the secret to her success.

Yoga Journal: How have you been settling back into life as a Hills cast member, this time as a mom and entrepreneur?

Whitney Port: It’s actually been easy! A lot of the other cast members are moms now, too, so the production team has really tried to be sensitive to our schedules. For me, now, family obviously comes first, but making the show work hasn’t been too much of a stretch. It’s just something I’ve been able to insert back into my life as any other job—it's been a pretty easy adjustment.

YJ: Why and when did you decide to join maternity-nutrition brand Bundle Organics?

WP: I had a really hard time when I was pregnant. I was nauseous all the time. That’s when I found Bundle, and the product line really helped me manage tough side effects. So I contacted them, and they were looking for someone to help get the word out and share their products and values with women who need them. So that’s me! It’s been really important to me because a lot of the work I do [with my personal brand] surrounds wellness for pregnant women and moms: it's important to send them to a product that helps them feel taken care of and heard as a consumer.

YJ: How has your yoga practice evolved since becoming a mom?

WP: I was slipping a lot at the beginning, but now I’m back into the grind, practicing three times a week. Living in LA, I have access to so many different classes and studios. Hot yoga is my favorite favorite workout—it’s the thing that I’ve seen my body reacts to the best and also makes me feel the best on the inside.

YJ: What’s your secret for getting it all done?
WP: Taking it one day at a time and setting realistic goals.

YJ: What’s happening with your YouTube show, I love my Baby But, in which you uncover some of the inconvenient truths about motherhood?

WP: I’m taking a little breather on it because my son, Sonny, is two now, and there's just not as many growing pains as there are during the pregnancy and the first year and a half of having a kid. But there's still plenty of conversations around motherhood happening on my podcast, With Whit, which goes live every Tuesday with a new episode.
