Question by Ordinary G: Can anyone help me make the perfect exercise routine indoors?
Well, i think i have an hour to do quality exercise indoors as i can.
I already included hula hooping and steps but i want to add a bit more.
My goal is to lose fat on my thighs and on my face.
Can someone please make me a perfect schedule that includes hula hooping and steps that goes for an hour? I don’t have treadmills and any of that sort.
Please also add how long i should do each one for, thanks!
