Question by Natalia: Does Pilates count as exercise?
I know I need to have one OFF day from exercise. I love Pilates but can I still do it on that OFF day? Or will it be negative to my overall results? (BTW- I am doing 3 days of weight circuits with 6 days of cardio mixed in)

Sure, I’d think so. It’s pretty light exercise and very relaxing; it might actually help your body recover faster!
