My "deluxe" Pilates kit arrived today consisting of a gym ball, 2 "toning" balls and a "power band!" The instructions promise i will enhance my flexibility and strength and reduce any stress!

The pump incidently is to inflate the gym ball and thankfully isn’t part of the Pilates regime although by the time i had inflated the ball i was feeling rather exhausted

Perhaps i’ll start the exercises tomorrow and concentrate on reading the book for now!
