Yes that is a very good starter video, give it a try, see how you feel! I love Pilates! I try to do a 20 min Pilates exercise at least 4 times a week. And I have so much energy and have noticed toneing in my legs, thighs and abs.

I am already fit from doing aerobics every day, but I am noticing that I am getting too much muscle bulk.
I just want a flat stomach, not a four pack.

Would pilates be a good way to tone without adding muscle bulk?
Well I guess my muscle gain came from the crunches I was doing. And the weights.

yes, pilates helps you to get lean long muscles. Plus, pilates focuses more on your core, which is your stomach so yeah, it is a great workout without adding muscle bulk. But it’s kinda weird that you gain muscle bulk by doing aerobics. Is that possible?

im skinny, and i wanna get bigger, i wanna have a good v-line, bigger chest, but i dont have an weight-lifting equipment. so i was wondering can tae bo and pilates help me getting bigger.
