Question by The Misses: Is Pilates considered an aerobic or weight-training exercise?
I use a reformer so I feel a bit of a “burn” when I work out my arms.
Additional info:My knees don’t like lunges/squats. I am not overweight, but I’d still like to lose 5 or so lbs. for my own reasons.

neither, it does not raise heart rate like cardio, does not invole weights so it is not a weight training exercise, it is a strength training or muscle conditioning form of exercise.
