Question by hello: Best Gift for Newly Pregnant Friend?
So all those pregnant Moms and Dads out there, what was the best gift you got from someone when you first found out you were pregnant? My friend is very athletic and I though about getting here a Pregnancy Pilates book, thoughts?

I’m doing pilates and I’m in my second trimester. I know I can’t put my legs behind my head and that kind’ve stuff but I was wondering if anyone knows what’s safe and not safe. There’s alot of ab work and some others that I can modify to accomodate my growing belly. Any help is great. Thanks.

I was told to avoid positions where you have to lye on your back – as this can cut of circulation and make you dizzy.
Most othres are safe i think

anything that involves lying on your belly or flat on your back. Just ask the instructor prior to starting the class I bet s/he will be of great help.
