The results from Pilates are not instant. A quote from Joseph Pilates is:
“After 10 sessions you will feel a difference. After 20 sessions you will see a difference. And, after 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”.
I can confirm that once you have started to feel and see a difference it really is motivating.
As for doing Pilates every day, yes you could, providing you were working different areas of the body and not doing the same workout.
You could try doing a more relaxing workout every other day and a harder one in-between.
The other consideration is that you may get bored. Therefore limit your Pilates to every other day.
