I bought the Winsor Pilates 3 disc DVD set & It has step by step, Intermediate, & Accelerated. It also includes a meal plan! Hope this link helps! =)

I do about 40-50 minutes of Pilates everyday. Also, what are some tips to eat more healthy foods and eat less junk food?

there are no set time frames to give you, how quickly you see results depends on too many variables, as for how you eat, that is a matter of self discipline, something you have to develop for yourself.
