I want to start some classes this summer to stay in shape for dance in the fall, which one will give me more benefits, yoga or pilates?

Probably pilates, it works you harder but yoga will keep your flexibility better… maybe you should do both! But if you only want to do one, I would do pilates and then if you don’t want to loose some flexibilty, stretch at home a little bit.

I used to walk everyday but I took up yoga and pilates and I did not have time for a 40 minute walk everyday anymore. I want to start running or jogging because I would have time to run for at most 20 minutes a day. How do I start? Do I do yoga and pilates before running? What should I eat and how much should I drink before I run?

You should do yoga/pilates before running, so you can warm up a bit and reduce the chance of injury. As for what to eat, stick with not eating too much right before running. Try a good food high in carbs, like a banana right before your run.
