A stupendous studio on the top floor (3rd) in Arlington, MA. ~20′ ceilings, hardwood floors, open space. It needs a ping pong table. The Pilates studio is leaving at the end of the year (according to the grapevine).

~1600 sq ft. Feels like 32×22. I need to get in for a closer look (photo taken from behind the glass door).

Gimme. Now.
Time to start a design company.

there is a war in my neighborhood against the legitimacy of this billboard.
someone is ripping the heck out of these ads!!!!!!
take your freaking alcohol and sell it somewhere else instead of next to a children’s school.

and perhaps even more oddly, it’s a pilates center that is posting this stuff!!!
