How and when should I add pilates into my normal workout routine?

Question by youngjr42: How and when should I add pilates into my normal workout routine?
I try to workout at least 3 days a week, do cardio 2 days, and rest the other 2 (try to get 2 rest days, b/c I work shift work). I was wondering how and when should I add pilates where it’ll benefit me the most?

I would start by adding 10 or 15 minutes after your cardio workouts. The nice thing about doing pilates after cardio is that you will not only get the benefits of toning and strengthening, but you will also get a nice stretch after you did your cardio.
