Question by .: After how long will you start seeing results from pilates workouts?
I’m not doing any cardio, just pilates. How long until I see results? I’ve been doing 10 minutes to target abs, 10 minutes for lower body, and 10 minutes total body. I can definitely feel the pain, but no results yet. How long until I see results?

Uhm ive done pilates after breakfeast for a long time and you start seeing great results in like 4-7 days or maybe a week or so but keep working hard at it and youll start noticing amazing results ! LOL trust me ive been there xD so hope i helped đŸ˜€
