I love going to my pilates class because not only is it a bit of exercise, but it gets you all nice and relaxed. At the end of the lesson we spend about 15 minutes just lying down and concentrating on our breathing. It makes me almost fall asleep sometimes.

I would realli like to have a nice flat tummy and really want to know which ab exercise will really show results.

Try running and crunches/sit ups. Running burns alot of calories and sit ups or crunches build ab muscle.
