Q&A: Which is better exercise physically, pilates or yoga?

Question by I am your potato: Which is better exercise physically, pilates or yoga?
And also, which is better for decreasing the size of ‘pectus excavatum’. don’t answer the second question if you simply do not know. I do both of these exercises but I don’t really know lol 🙂 thanks for reading and double thanks for answering 🙂

Do them both in conjunction! Both are complementary but not the same and this is the benefit of adapting the two in ones fitness regime.
