A stupendous studio on the top floor (3rd) in Arlington, MA. ~20′ ceilings, hardwood floors, open space. It needs a ping pong table. The Pilates studio is leaving at the end of the year (according to the grapevine).

~1600 sq ft. Feels like 32×22. I need to get in for a closer look (photo taken from behind the glass door).

I am ridiculously unflexible, and want to be more flexible. I would like to be able to do the splits (in the end!). What should I do to gain this flexibility – yoga, pilates, or something else? Suggestions are very welcome 🙂

Definately yoga and practice it every day! pilates is more for streangth
